Providing the gateway technology to replace the legacy Operator Workstation and building level controller technology with current generation, open, BACnet-based technology from any BAS manufacturer. Then, over time, as budgets and operational demands dictate upgrade the rest of the system in phases over a period of years. 2. Utilize the S4 Integration solutions product as the enabling technology to unlock the data in proprietary BAS installations and introduce value added applications such as energy management, analytics, fault detection and correction, or continuous commissioning.
