Imperium Solutions is a process and controls integrator engineering firm located in Tulsa, OK. Approximatley 80% of their business is in the oil and gas industry, specializing in compressor controls for the transmission sector as well as controls applications to suit various needs all the way to the refinery. The core controls engineering group has commissioning hundreds of compressor packages. They are designing control systems from scratch for multiple companies to perform beta applications which after testing and refining will be manufactured on a mass production basis in a skid form. The remaining business is in manufacturing, from dirt-cast iron pipe to liquid batch processing. They have designed PLC programs from scratch on a 50 mm project that incorporated 7 Contrologix processors and multiple HMI's with SCADA (RSView SE) monitoring. The company also ties custom applications into existing processes to make the client's process more efficient. Imperium has done extensive remote monitoring packages and plans to incorporate this service as one of their main focuses.
