The principal was the manager of project engineering for Dane Systems, and managed the design, build, and support of custom automated equipment. He was also the director of business/operations development for Norwood Tool Company where he developed the build-to-print metal fabrication and contract assembly operations. He was also the account/project director for GCE Technologies (Gem City Engineering) where he managed the design, build, and support of custom automated equipment and contract manufacturing.
